BizOpsTool provides a daily-updated directory and ranking engine for open-source business software tools. The Service includes tool rankings, a stack grader, savings calculator, comparison tool, and a weekly newsletter. The core directory is free to use.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Scrape or systematically download content from the Service without permission
- Use the Service to distribute spam or malicious content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring methodology for commercial resale
- Impersonate BizOpsTool or its team in any communication
3. Accuracy of Information
BizOpsTool uses automated systems to collect and rank open-source tools. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties that:
- Rankings reflect the full quality or suitability of any tool
- Data is always current or error-free
- Any tool listed is suitable for your specific use case
All tool rankings and scores are provided for informational purposes only. You should conduct your own due diligence before adopting any software tool.
4. Intellectual Property
The BizOps Score formula, website design, and original content are the intellectual property of BizOpsTool. GitHub repository data displayed on the Service is sourced from GitHub's public API and remains the property of respective repository owners under their stated licenses.
5. Newsletter Subscription
By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic emails about trending open-source tools. You may unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell subscriber lists.
6. Paid Subscriptions
Paid newsletter tiers are processed through Beehiiv. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact hello@bizopstool.com to request a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizOpsTool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decisions made based on tool rankings or scores.
8. Third-Party Links
The Service links to third-party websites including GitHub repositories. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.
9. Affiliate Disclosure
Some tool links on BizOpsTool are affiliate links. If you click and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our rankings or scores, which are determined solely by automated GitHub data analysis.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via the newsletter.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
